Inclusions: Above room rates are inclusive of Buffet breakfast up to a maximum of two (2) persons per room Above room and meal rates are subject to change without prior notice Surcharge on Peak Periods: WCCH & C and WAHM & C A surcharge of Php 500.00 per room will be levied during Peak Periods as follows: Sinulog Week , Chinese New Year and Hotel's peak periods, the latter being subject to prior notice from the Hotel WIHD A surcharge Php 500.00 nett per room will be levied during Peak Periods as follows:Kadayawan Festival,Araw ng Davo, Chinese new Year and Hotel's peak periods, the latter being subject to prior notice from the Hotel. The Hotel reserves the nights to impose closed - out / black out dates with prior notice. The Hotel shall honor reservation; independent of thr cut-off dates imposed on the booking(s) made, prior to the notification of the black -out / closed - out dates. Cancellation / No Show: The tour Oeprator must notify the Hotel of any cancellation or reduction in their confirmed reservations The following policy shall apply: No. of Room Cancelled Minimum Notice Required 1 - 5 rooms 3 days prior to arrival 6 - 9 rooms 7 days prior to arrival 10 - 30 rooms 10 -15 days prior to arrvial over 30 rooms 20 - 30 days prior to arrival Notes: Should the guest defaults in giving the required notice as specified, or the client or group fails to arrive, the Hotel reserves the right to charge late cancellation or no - show fee equivalent to the room rate for one night for each room cancelled. Early Departure: An Early Departure fee one night's room and tax will be billed to the Company, in the event guest do not utilized all night originally booked but not consumed.
