Cancellation Charges: Cancellation of booking may be made without penalty provided a written notice of cancellation is received by the Hotel not later than 11 days prior to the scheduled arrival. On Peak Season: 10 days prior to arrival date -  cancellation charge is equivalent to one (1) night stay. On Lean Season: 5 days prior to arrival date - cancellation charge is equivalent to one (1) night stay. Notes: NO SHOWS - in the event that guests do not show up on the arrival date, the guest is still obliged to pay equivalent to one (1) night stay. SHORTENED STAY - In the event that the guest shortens his stay, no refund shall be made to the guest.
