Millennium Plaza Serviced Residences was opened last 21 September 1994. With thirteen (13) years in the industry, Millennium Plaza Serviced Residences' expertise in terms of product maintenance and service, makes it rise among its competitors. Being managed by Pacific Century Hotel Management Incorporated, it is very aggressive in its strategies and keeping up with its competitors. Strategically located along Makati Avenue corner Eduque Street, Makati City, a premier section of Makati Business and Commercial District close to first-class business destinations, shopping malls and recreation.

MILLENIUM PLAZA HOTEL ROOM RATES Room Rates per room per night Superior Php 3,000 Premium Php 3,300 Deluxe Php 3,600 Pacific Suite Php 3,900 Century Suite Php 4,200 Millenium Suite Php 4,400 Inclusions: Overnight accommodation based on single or double occupancy Daily set breakfast for two persons at the Pacific room located at the 2nd floor from 7:00 am-10:00 am. Terms and conditions: Family Plan – there is no extra charge for children below twelve (12) years of age provided they will share bedroom with parents, maximum of two(2) children in a room . If extra bed is required, additional charge Php 750.00 per night shall apply. Check in and check out time: Official check-in time is 2:00 pm while check-out time is 12:00 noon. Additional charges: for early check-in from 1:00 am to 10:00 am -  a half day charge for check-out beyond 2pm -  a half day charge for check-out beyond 6 pm a whole day charge shall be imposed on the confirmed rate Request for early check-in/late check-out must be pre-arranged and must be approved by the room division manager and will be subject to space availability. Deposit arrangements: Upon check-in, guest will be requested to pay Php 500.00 per night for their miscellaneous charges. Cancellation: A seventy-two (72) hour notice for room amendments and cancellation will be allowed prior to the scheduled arrival. The hotel reserves the right to charge fifty percent (50%) of the prepaid deposit as cancellation fee for amendments or cancellation made beyond the cut-off period. No show: If guests fail to arrive on expected date and no advice is received by the hotel, a no-show fee equivalent to one (1) night stay based on the total number of rooms reserved shall be imposed.
