| Terms & Conditions: |
- Check in time 2:00pm. Check out time is 12:00NN. Check out between 2PM to 6PM shall be charged Half day based on confirmed rate. Check-out beyond 6PM shall be charged whole day on confirmed rate
- Cancellation Policy / No show Policy
- Any cancellation made up to 72 hours before the function date shall not be charged. However, 50% of the package cost will be charged as a fee should you fail to notify us at least 72 hours before the function date.
- In case of no show, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
- In case of Force Majeure, such as labor dispute, natural disaster, war or other causes beyond the resort’s control. Matabungkay Beach Resort & Hotel shall not be held liable for failure to comply with the agreement. Re-scheduling of the function date will be applied. This policy applies to individual or group booking
- Bringing of food and beverages, cooking utensils is strictly not allowed. Otherwise, corresponding CORKAGE FEES shall be charged.
- Rates are applicable for cash payment.
