GIT: Room cancellations shall be made five (5) days prior to guest arrival . Other incidents and charges incurred during guests or group's stay should be settled on guest's personal account. No Show - Failure of the guest to arrive on the expected date shall be subject to a penalty of one hundred percent (100%) of the total room charges for one night stay. Check Out Time - Hotel's check - out time is 12:00NN. The hotel shall allow late chech - out until 2PM free of charge provided that pre-arrangement has been made and if the hotel is not fully booked. For check-out beyond 2pm until 6pm, a half day charge shall be imposed and a whole day charge on check out beyond 6pm. RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.
