- Check-i time is at 2:00PM. Checkout is at 12:00NN. A surcharge of 50% from the room rate applied shall be applicable for early or late checkout up to 6:00 p.m. that are not coordinated and approved by the Front Desk.
- Beyond 6:00 p.m., a charge of equivalent to another night shall be applicable.
- Early check-in/late check-out is subject to space availability and is at the discretion of the Front Desk

- Validity: The Above rates are valid starting JANUARY 1, 2009 until MARCH 31, 2010.

| Cancellation / No Show & Wash Down: |
- Cancellation/Wash Down of booking may be made without penalty provided that the resort receives a written notice of cancellation not later than two (2) weeks during Lean Season and within three (3) weeks during Peak Season prior to scheduled arrival.
- Failure to do so, the guest agrees to pay a full cancellation charge equivalent to the reserved accommodations.
- NO SHOW shall mean forfeiture of the deposit/payment made
