| Terms & Conditions: |
- The maximum occupancy is 3 registered guests per room. Extra person charge will be applied for additional guests over 7 years old.
- Check - in / Check - out tiem: Check out time is 12NN on the day of departure. Arrivals should be planned no earlier than 2PM to ensure that rooms are ready. Late check out will be charged 50% off the rack.

| Cancellations: |
- June 15 - October 15: Cancellations received 7 days prior to arrival will be charged a rate equivalent to one night. Cancellaion received 3 days prior to arrival will be charged for the full duration of stay.
- October 16 - June 14: Cancellations received 25 days prior to aarival will be charges a rate equivalent to one night. Cancellation received 10 days prior to arrival will be chaged for the full duration of stay.
- Peak Dates (Holy Week , December 19 to January 07, Chinese New Year, Golden Week): Cancellations received 30 days prior to aarival will be charged a rate equivalent to one night. Cancellation received 20 days prior to arrival will be charged for the full duration of stay.
- No shows on the day of arrival will likewise be charged full stay.
- Early Check Out: Unused room nights are not refundable for early departure unless notice is given to the Hotel at least 72 hours prior to arrival. Extension of stay will be charged at resort's current available rate.
