Confirmation depends on room availability. Resort is strictly imposing no service voucher issued by the resort – No check-in. Check-in time 2:00 PM / Checkout time 12:00 PM Rooms are quoted room per night with breakfast for two (2) persons only, free use of facilities and amenities. Children below seven (7) years old sharing with adult are free of charge (FOC). And should provide a copy of birth certificate or passport copy for verification purpose of the resort, failure to provide the said documents children will be considered as adults and will be charged Php 1,000 / person / night. For in-house guests who decide to shorten their stay, payment for the unused nights shall be non-refundable. During Peak Season, all guaranteed booking/s that will be cancelled will be subject to full cancellation charge. CANCELLATION POLICY: Any cancellation received after booking has been finalized / guaranteed shall merit one (1) night cancellation charge. Cancellation received after 15 days before the arrival will be charged fifty (50%) percent cancellation charge. Cancellation  ten (10) days before the arrival will be charged one hundred (100%) percent cancellation charge or full charge.
